Starting Quest Guide
Alban Eiler is upon us and Dr. Joe the Historian has news about a mysterious island that has had its path opened by Palala for a limited time. You’ll be given the quest guide [Quest] Setting Sail for Romance. Chat with him near the Dunbarton School to learn more!

* Palala only has the energy to open the path for one of your characters this year… choose carefully as
the trip is too far for Warp Imps and the path to the island can’t handle more than one person at a time!
Once you’ve reached the island with the help of Dr. Joe the Historian, you’ll be greeted upon an island that feels both familiar and yet, somehow new at the same time. You’ll notice Grego, the island’s Soulmate Helper not far from you. An owl will also be providing you with your next quest guide [Quest] Much A-Doki About Something 1.
Talk to Grego to set up your matchmaking profile. You won’t need to swipe left or right to find your Soulmate, Grego will do it for you! If you already found your one true Soulmate, we’re told Milletians can ‘right-click’ on their partner to make this happen and skip the need for matchmaking… more information regarding the Soulmate system can be found later on in the brochure. Once your profile has been created (or you’ve already found your Soulmate), head further into the island to speak with the Island Elder, Karenza.
Talk to the Elder to get the VIP Tour of the island! After the tour, you’ll receive 3 new quests, as well as completion of your current quest and some rewards (shown below).

About a week after the path to Doki Doki has opened, you’ll receive one more owl with your last guidance quest [Quest] Much A-Doki About Something 2. Talk to the Elder to get an update at what new facilities the island has to offer! After the update, you’ll automatically complete the quest and get some rewards (shown below).

We hope you enjoy a wonderful time over these next few weeks. While you’re here, you’ll receive a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box every real-life day! Be sure to check out the full brochure below for everything the island has to offer.~ 💕
Daily Quest
To ensure that you get the most out of Doki Doki while Palala keeps the pathway open, the residents have provided those on the island with the quest [Doki Doki Island] Live, Laugh, Love, Loot~, which is available each real-life day. (The quest resets at 7:00 AM Server Time)

Completion Quest
For those that enjoy the completion-ist side, we at the Erinn Travel Agency offer the full Doki Doki experience while on the island with [Doki Doki Island] The Doki Doki Experience. All visitors will receive this quest after completing [Quest] Much A-Doki About Something 1. Completing this quest will provide you with some unique (albeit temporary) rewards to help remind you of the island once the path has closed.

Soulmate System
The residents of Doki Doki Island are no strangers to love (they even say they know the rules…and so do we). They’ve perfected matchmaking down to an exact science**! Introducing… the Soulmate System!
Once Grego has found you the love of your life (or you’ve already found yours), you’ll be given a special interface for both you and your partner that’ll last as long as the path to Doki Doki remains open. This interface will be a special connection between the two of you. You’ll see how long you’ve been Soulmates, where your partner is, the status of your daily quests, and even your progress on achieving 100% with your Doki Doki Points. This interface is accessible at any time through the little “Heart Chat Icon”.
If you’re the type who prefers to go solo, or don’t trust their matchmaking, fear not! Grego has taken account for all types of romance, even those who are happy remaining single! When talking to the Soulmate Manager for the first time, you’ll be given the option to enjoy the island of love without a partner, or choosing your own* Soulmate (regardless of race or gender)! If you change your mind, you can always go back to set up your profile.
*If you already have someone in mind, choosing Do Not Match Soulmate will skip the profile registration. Afterwards, right-click on any unclaimed Milletian and select “Request Soulmate” to propose being Soulmates with them!
**Disclaimer: If you or your Soulmate feel that you’re not a 100% match, you may break the bond without resetting your Soulmate Points. You deserve to find someone who is never gonna give you up and never gonna let you down, after all…
Doki Doki Points
They say true love can’t be measured, but it can on Doki Doki Island! You’ll be able to earn Doki Doki Points through all of the amenities that the island has to offer! If you’re ever unsure of how far along you are, you can check the status through your Soulmate window!
| Activity | Doki Doki Points | Restrictions | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | Partner | ||
|
0.5 | 0.7 | Once per real-life day (for each activity) |
| Sparking a Flame | 0.1 | 0.15 | Six times per real-life day |
| Romantic Time Bonding | N/A | 0.3 | Once per real-life day |
| Boombox Jam Session | 0.5 | Once per real-life day | |
| Storyline Quests | 5 | ||
| Daily Quest | 0.5 | ||
You’ll earn more than just your Soulmate’s love for all that bonding, you’ll also earn the power of flight!
That’s right, earn enough points and you’ll gain the ability to fly both solo and with your partner!

The Power of Love: Flight!
The magic of Doki Doki Island rewards all of those who believe in it.
![]()
Those who reach at least 20% on their Doki Doki Points Meter will have received enough magic from the island to be permanently gifted the ability to fly with the Flight Action! You’ll be able to fly anywhere around the island! If you reach 100%, the island will provide you (and your partner if you have a Soulmate) with the Flowery Couple’s Flight Action, which will allow you to fly throughout parts of Iria and Uladh too (sorry Belvast)!
Check in with Soulmate Manager Grego and select “Receive Doki Doki Point Gift” to help you unlock the actions. If you already happen to have the Flight Action, the island won’t leave you bare-handed! You’ll receive 5x Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Boxes!
Points of Interest

While Elder Karenza will give you a tour of the island during [Quest] Much A-Doki About Something 1, you can explore the island to its fullest at any time! Take this time to get familiar with the landmarks located on the map as there’s plenty to do during these few weeks. For our returning folks, you may notice the landmarks have changed! We personally recommend checking out Lookout Point with your Soulmate, as we’ve heard from the locals that it has the best views of the entire island!
Plaza

In the heart of Doki Doki Island lies the Plaza, home to the famous Harmony Torch. A torch symbolizing peace, love, and of course, harmony. Since the inception of the town itself, villagers tend to host many celebrations in the square. It’s a peaceful little town square surrounded by Cherry Blossom trees with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can feel Lovey Dovey with your Soulmate or break out some moves in the Dance-off Challenge with DJ Romantic! If you’re in the helping mood, you can also pick up a Part-Time Job from Elder Karenza nearby. We hear they need a lot of help this time of year…
Festival Market

Down towards the west side of the island, you’ll notice a small market where they sell some of the best food in all of Erinn! Whether it’s the Doki Doki Steak or the Doki Doki Sweet Dessert, your taste buds will be in love with these unique treats from the Doki Doki Restaurant. A restaurant this popular is always looking for help… check with Chef Maisie for more details if you’re looking to set foot into the restaurant business! If you're more for fashion and colors, check out the Floral Dyeing later on in the event.
Stage
Not far from the Festival Market, you’ll notice a beautiful stage surrounded by a light forest of Cherry Blossom trees. This stage is open to all residents and tourists of Doki Doki Island to play and sing to your heart’s content! Whether it’s a rock concert or a love serenade for your Soulmate, you’re sure to be watched over by Cairbre as you make precious memories. It’s rumored that marriage rituals used to take place here long ago… while Stage Manager Bard Triphina is there, you won’t need to schedule a time with her this year to reserve the stage, so play your heart's strings to your content.
Lookout Point

At the top of Doki Doki Island is Lookout Point, a scenic view of the entire island surrounded by Muhly Grass, cherry blossom trees, and even a small pond. You’ll be able to watch Palala set on the sea’s horizon as you enjoy the fresh air. While we don’t have any padlocks, you’ll notice that it’s a popular attraction based on hundreds of Doki Doki Padlocks™ chained to the fences. The locals tell us it's also the most popular spot to "pop" a certain question to your loved one. Rumor has it that in an alternate universe, this island is dedicated to cats, not love, with an entrance to a dungeon filled with cats being in this spot.
Metallurgy Site

South of the east side of the main island is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal blue ocean tides just bringing up all sorts of valuables… and Golden Souls. The peninsula on the west side is perfect for those looking to sunbathe, and the east is perfect for treasure hunting and fishing! Catch a variety of fish, some native only to Doki Doki Island, such as the elusive Silk Snapper! If you’re looking to try your luck in the sands, sparkles are usually a good indicator that something is there. For best results, we recommend searching the beaches during the night!
Two Flowers Blooming Under the Moonlight
A man by the name of Ewan is on a lifelong search for his soulmate. Perhaps you can assist him with that task during your visit? Dive into the story of two star-crossed lovers while also uncovering a small piece of Doki Doki Island's history in this story that’s sure to be better than a certain vampire love story Milletians love to talk about… You’ll be able to complete each part of the story while the pathway to Doki Doki is open, but we’re not one for spoilers, so we won’t say much more other than the rewards! You'll receive the following listed rewards for each part of the story you complete, so if you have the motivation to assist Ewan, we highly recommend it!
| Quest Name | Rewards |
|---|---|
|
[Quest] Two Flowers Blooming Under the Moonlight |

[Quest] A Promise Lost to Time |

Activities
There’s plenty to do during your stay on Doki Doki Island. We recommend checking out… well, everything! Whether it's gathering potatoes and fishing to holding a dance off with your newly met rival from 5 minutes ago, check out the list of available activities during your stay on the island.
Part-Time Jobs
The residents of Doki Doki Island are always short-handed of help when the island is open for travel. When you’re not spending time with your Soulmate, be sure to spread some love around the island with the following part-time jobs. While it doesn’t count towards Phaea’s Blessing, it will provide progress with your Soulmate! Instead of Part-Time Job boards, you’ll check in with Elder Karenza to obtain your job.
| Part-Time Job Quest Name | Objective | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Catch & Deliver Salmon | Deliver 1 Salmon |
10,000 EXP |
| A Flood of Spuds | Deliver 30 Potatoes | |
| Silvervine Harvest | Deliver 15 Silvervine Fruits | |
| Flavorful Flower Bibimbap | Deliver 1 Flower Bibimbap | |
| Deliver Flowers | Deliver 1 Handful of Flowers | |
| Collect Golden Souls | Deliver 3 Golden Souls |

Harmony Torch
In the middle of the town plaza rests a torch towering into the sky, a symbol of harmony and love that is the core principle of the island. Its powers are intoxicating as it enchants campfires all around it, giving you a tiny bit of EXP per second while the campfire is active! If you happen to rest next to a campfire for 5+ minutes, you might start to feel a bit Lovey Dovey! This special status will grant you a powerful boost to your combat potential with the following stat increases for 1 hour! You can receive this wonderful buff up to 6 times per real-life day. Now that’s true love!
| Lovey Dovey Status |

|
All Stats +20 |

But wait, that’s not all! The first time you achieve Lovey Dovey status each real-life day, you’ll also receive a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box! Don’t wait, this special offer is only available while the path to the island is open this year!
Depths of the Heart Test
Have you ever wondered just how much you and your Soulmate have in common? Find out your true compatibility with Doki Doki’s 100% scientific* Depths of the Heart Test! Simply seek out one of the Townsperson Spreading Love around the island to take the test. You’ll be given a question with 2 choices. Answer carefully as you only get 1 question per real-life day. If you and your Soulmate get it correct, you both will receive a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box! If you get it wrong, well… you might want to get to know your Soulmate a little more. Don’t worry, you'll both be given a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box for your time.
If you’re without a Soulmate, you’re also free to take the test! You’ll be taking the test against the Townsperson herself however. If you happen to have more in common than you think, she just might end up being your Soulmate!
Time Capsule Treasure Hunt
People seem to enjoy burying their memoirs here on the island as sort of a time capsule for their future selves when they return to the island. We ask that you don’t steal other people’s buried items you might see sparkling on the ground along the isle on the southwest side of the island, unless you’re searching for a specific item, which you may occasionally get asked to assist with! Once per real-life day, you’ll be asked by a Nostalgic Person on the beach to assist her in finding her time capsule she buried many years ago. She recommends searching at night when the sparkles are visible.
If you accept to help the Nostalgic Person, be sure to chat with her to receive the following quest below:

Doki Doki Restaurant
The best cuisine in all of Doki Doki Island - the Doki Doki Restaurant! They’re always popular and don’t take reservations. However, Chef Maisie has injured her hand so she’s currently looking for help! Talk to Doki Doki Chef Maisie about how to cook, serve food, and clean tables. While she isn’t able to pay you in gold, she can pay you in experience!

If you do well, you’ll be given additional bonuses for your hard work! You’ll also be given a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box for completing your first shift of the day! Also, a small tip from us at the travel agency: if the locals get a bit too chatty during your shift, we’re told Ctrl + N will help you focus on the task at hand.
| Score (Points) | Reward | Additional Info |
|---|---|---|
| 1+ | Combat EXP or Exploration EXP | 10,000 Combat EXP per point 1,000 Exploration EXP per point |
| 40+ | Doki Doki Restaurant To-Go Box | 3 per real-life day Boxes expire in 14 days Food inside expire 7 days after opening |
| 80+ | Skill Training Seal (50) | 1 per real-life day Seals expire in 30 days |
If you work enough shifts, you’ll start to learn the tricks of the trade surrounding the restaurant business. You might even be compelled to open your own restaurant… but we heard Milletians prefer titles, so Maisie has prepared a few titles exclusive to our island if you meet the right conditions during your shift.
| Hidden 1st Title | Stats | Hint |
|---|---|---|
| who Let That Milletian Cook | +30 Luck | Congrats on your first shift! |
| who Should Be Banned from the Kitchen | Did you even try? | |
| the Master of Making a Mess | Wait, you want me to clean?? | |
| who is Prepared for Anything | One can never be too prepared with food. | |
| a God among Restaurateurs | You could serve with your eyes closed | |
| the Macha-lin Starred Chef | Dear Macha... is it even possible to get a score that high? |
DJ Dancing
What better way to dance the night away than participating in some DJ dancing with DJ Romantic! Once per real-life day, starting from February 22nd until the path to Doki Doki closes, you’ll be able to partake in DJ Romantic’s Dance Challenge! You’ll receive a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box when you take part in your first dance challenge for the day, but don’t let that stop you from trying to get a high score afterwards!
Natural Floral Dyeing
Doki Doki Island is home to some of the most beautiful views in all of Erinn. This peaceful atmosphere, alongside its perfect climate, allows for red azalea, green leaves, and blue tulips to grow naturally. Perfect for creating natural dyes! The plants won’t be fully grown yet when the pathway is open, however we predict they’ll be ready by February 22nd this year to make dyes.
Check with the Floral Dye Helper near the Festival Market to get started and for full details about dyeing materials. They will tell you how you can obtain a dye color based on the results of adding the fresh and rotten plants for crushing! If you’re happy with the result of your dye, you can:

- Receive a Natural Dye to dye a cloth on the island for a Lovely Doki Doki Commemorative Box.
- You can dye as many cloths as you’d like, but you’ll only receive 1 box per real-life day.
- Use a Regular Dye Ampoule or Metal Dye Ampoule to apply the results of your herb gathering to that specific dye.
- Due to the amount of work it takes for the Floral Dye Helper to apply the dye color to your Regular or Metal Dye Amp, you’ll only be able to do this once per real-life day as well.
We hope you paint all the cloths magnificent and lovely colors during your stay this year!

If you're still not convinced to come check out the island after all that's been offered, hear from some visitors who have ventured out to the island about what they have to say!
Of course, there is no softer sight to see than the adorable, fluffy clouds high in the sky on the island! The view of the sunsets from here are so serene and cozy! 5 Stars Cats all around.- GM Mewlynne
By day it's bright, sunny, with tons to do and people to meet! It's dreadful. Basically all extro energy. You'll find me sleeping in the shade of the cherry blossoms, occassionally moving from my stupor to drink one of the island's many bespoke cocktails.Thankfully the nightlife is better, things quiet down and Palala's deathful glare looks elsewhere. Grab yourself one of the Giant-sized drinks, and head away from the resort proper. The night time beaches are the best place to spread your feathers and feel the ocean breathe salty through your wings.
★★★☆☆, with one star removed as no staff members were selling sunscreen, nor seemed to have any remote concept of what I was inquiring towards.- GM Quuku
Cold and weary from my long sojourns in the icy climes of Glenn Bearna, t’was with keen interest that I heard of a marvelous vacation spot: a tropical paradise full of warm sun where it’s impossible to go ten minutes without seeing a bikini. I said okie-dokie to Doki Doki, booking my stay without delay! True to the stories, the island was abuzz with couples (and singles looking for love in much the same way sharks circle fishing boats). There’s plenty to see and do—in fact, they give you ‘Doki Doki Points’ just for having fun, and I’m sure everyone will be posting about “the gamification of love” on Erinnstagram. Weirdly, every time I locked eyes with a cute stranger or recalled a heartfelt memory, nostalgic-sounding piano music began to pipe in out of nowhere. Has this happened for anyone else? Overall, I had a great time. Didn’t find ‘the one,’ but I did find like 12 plates of Doki Doki Heart Pasta, which is almost as good. Taking off one star for being “gently encouraged” not to use the Doki Doki Stage again because it “was meant for light, fun couples’ duets, not readings of tempestuous, Byronic poetry that bring down the whole mood.” I’ll have you know that my poetry has been lauded for its *Message has been edited by a moderator. Reason: his poetry was insufficiently Doki Doki*
- GM Runick
I wanted to go somewhere different for my birdwatching vacation this year and I thought, where better to see some interesting seabirds and maybe a rare parrot or two than a remote tropical island, right? WRONG. A word of warning for my fellow loon-atics: DON'T GO HERE. I didn't see a single bird the whole time!! What I DID see was crowds and crowds of tourists FLYING IN THE SKIES and CRASHING THROUGH THE CANOPIES, scaring away ANY birds that might've been around! Are you kidding me???? Sometimes they were even holding hands and reciting poetry to each other and all around making a huge disruptive racket. Ugh. On the plus side, the food was good, the bathrooms were clean, and I met my soulmate here. We're getting married next month.
1.5 stars.- (GM) Emma
I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.
★★☆☆☆- CM Arciellia
I took up Dr. Joe the Historian's offer after a long day in the Barri Dungeon mines and was blown away when I was teleported here. The cotton-candy colored trees, fresh air, clear ocean, and relaxing atmosphere has been the cleansing of my soul I needed. I even made a new friend with some Milletian that just ended up here! Now if my Soulmate profile could just get a match... people like dogs, right? RIGHT? Maybe I'll try talking to the All-Knowing Milletian again and see if she's the right Soulmate for me. So far, the island's been great though! Food's fantastic, the villagers are kind and welcoming, and the part-time jobs are plentiful. Maybe I should try for that Macha-lin title at the restaurant...
