It's been 16 years since Milletians began arriving in Erinn en masse, and the Festia Crew wants to host a celebration in your honor with new seasonal mini-games and prizes!

Welcome to the 16th Anniversary - Festival of Stars!

Upon logging in, you'll receive the quest [Guide] A Sixteen-Year-Old Friendship where you'll assist a boy by the name of Tadhg who appears to have been separated from his friend. Be a good Samaritan and learn more about the celebration together along the way in this Starlit Journey Festival!

Talk to Tadhg at the entrance to Festia
Find Niamh and register a Main Character.
You will receive the following rewards after completing the guide quest:
- Instant Prize Ticket x3
- 5,000 EXP
Only the main character will be able to participate in the quests and new seasonal mini-games at Festia.
- All characters can still participate in the regular Festia games that require a Festia Mini-game Ticket.
When issuing a check from any bank in Erinn, all characters will receive a 16th Anniversary Check design.
Erinn will light up the skies with shooting stars every night between 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM Erinn Time.

Login any time during the event period to receive the **NEW** 16th Anniversary Fantasy Star 2nd Title Coupon (Not Tradable).

Claim the item from the Hotday menu to receive it on your character or choose Claim Later at another time during the event period.
You can only claim the item once during the event period.

After reuniting Tadhg with his friend Niamh, you'll join them in their adventure to explore all the wonders that Festia has to offer. A series of story quests will be available:

Striving for something more this celebration? Worry not! Those that wish to acquire everything this event has to offer should not only reach for the stars, but all the following objectives in [Event] Precious Memories Under the Stars.

Play mini-games from the 16th Anniversary Event 20 times.
(Counts once per real-life day)

Clear the 3rd Round in the Stage of Trials 20 times.

The Attractions

What’s a Festival without the attractions? In addition to all the attractions that are available year-round, new mini-games will be included for a limited time to make Festia even more festive!

Shooting Stars

For those that love sports (who doesn’t?), there’s a new arcade machine set up next to the Cat-Lover Milletian on the north side! Introducing Shooting Stars, the hottest mini-game in all of Festia! Impress your friends with your 3-point shots as you shoot balls of stars ‘from downtown’. In this mini-game, you’ll time your shots to the moving cursor at the bottom. Shots made in the yellow award 2 points and red award 3 points! Be sure to give it your all in the final 10 seconds when Fever Time kicks in where all shots made are worth double the points! Fever Time… sounds like a disease. Is that why they call it March Madness where Milletians come from?

Scoring at least 70 points each day in this mini-game will earn you 16th Anniversary Star Stickers (x5)!
- Limit once per real life day; resets at 7:00 AM Server Time.
For those that are really good at shooting hoops, you can even earn the following title:
- Title: for whom Ball is Life
  - Stats: +30 Luck

Gesture Showdown

Ever wanted to risk it all on the line for glory, power, and fame? Well, you can’t. But you can take the Gesture Showdown Challenge… that’s close enough, right? In this mini-game, you’ll put your psychic abilities on the line in a showdown of epic proportions - by ensuring you can do a different gesture than the host!

You, and up to 3 friends will partake in a grueling 10-round match where you’ll be presented with 3 different gestures. Picking a different one than the Host will award you with a point. If you successfully beat the Host 3 times in a row, you’ll achieve a power called “on a roll” and gain psychic powers to see what gesture the host will choose for the next 3 turns. Use that power wisely, Milletian!

Of course, let’s not forget the rewards:

Winning against the Host at least 6 out of 10 rounds will earn 16th Anniversary Star Stickers (x5)!
- Limit once per real life day; resets at 7:00 AM Server Time.
On top of that, the Host has prepared a few obtainable titles. You might even see how to obtain them if you’re psychic.

Menu Memory Match

It’s not a Festival unless there’s delicious, artery-clogg–I mean, savory carnival-style food available to satisfy even the hardest of cravings. Introducing Menu Memory Match, a mini-game that’s sure to make your taste buds drool! You’ll need to pair the food items with each other in a standard memory tile match-making game within the time limit (90 seconds)! While there aren’t any titles to achieve with this one, you can still purchase some food from the vendor after you’ve made all the matches! I hear the Cotton Cloud is popular.

Clearing the board each day in this mini-game will earn you 16th Anniversary Star Stickers (x5)!
- Limit once per real life day; resets at 7:00 AM Server Time.

Stage of Trials

Have you ever wanted to overcome your fears, push past your limits, and take on the most dangerous bosses in all of Erinn? Now you can with the Stage of Trials! This year’s trials has two modes: Basic and Veteran. Here’s the run-down of what to expect:

Every Day, you’re given 3 attempts to make it to the end of the trials.
The Stage of Trials is a 1-room dungeon with 15 bosses.
The following restrictions apply in the dungeon:
- Cannot summon pets
- Cannot revive
- Cannot enter with a party
- Cannot use a Rag Doll
- Cannot use a Marshal Weapon
- Cannot use a Remote Bank Coupon
- Cannot have accepted a Shadow Mission
The following additional restrictions apply when attempting Veteran mode:
- Cannot use potions.
- Cannot use the following skills:
  - Anchor Rush
  - Tumble
  - Wings of Eclipse
In Basic, you’ll be given a rest point after every 3 rounds.
- Additionally, the stage manager will apply one of the following buffs of your choosing:
  - Power
  - Defense
  - Speed
In Veteran, you’ll attempt to clear it without any rest period or extra buffs.

Of course, we wouldn’t leave our most courageous Milletians without goodies!

Completing at least Stage 3 of the trials each day will count towards the Daily and Achievement Quests of the Event.
- Limit once per real life day; resets at 7:00 AM Server Time.
For each attempt, you can choose your type of reward EXP:
- Combat EXP
- Exploration EXP
- Music Renown EXP
- Life Renown EXP
You’ll also receive a small amount of gold for your attempt as well.
Finally, the Festia is providing titles for those who reach the following accomplishments:

Bonfire

After a long day of making new friends, setting high scores, and filling up on delicious food, it’s time to wind down by the Bonfire, located East outside of Festia.

Once per Real-life Day, you can attract the Lucky Flame through one of the following methods:

Sharing Heart
Sharing Abundance

Talk to the Bonfire Tender to receive one of the following quests:

Making a wish will grant you a choice between the following buffs:
- Stronger Physical Attack
  - You will receive a Physical Power Potion (30 minutes)
- Stronger Magic Attack
  - You will receive a Magic Power Potion (30 minutes)
- Fast Skill Training
  - You will receive a Complete Skill EXP Potion (30 minutes)
- Fast Spirit Growth
  - You will receive Spirit Gem (1000) x20
- Erg Unlock Help
  - You will receive an Erg Unlock Assist Potion
- Echostone Advancement Help
  - You will receive an Echostone Advancement Assist Potion
Note: All potions and gems expire in 7 days.

Click on the Capsule Machine next to Fez to open the Instant Prize Window.
You can use 20,000 Gold or 1x Instant Prize Ticket to draw from the Capsule Machine.
The capsule can only hold so much gold, so to be fair to all participating Milletians, only 20 gold entries per real-life day will be accepted.

Instant Prize Tickets do not have a limit however.

Gold entries reset every real life day at 8:00 PM Server Time.
Higher-end prizes are in limited stock and are for the entire server.
Prize Window will display how many prizes are left for the serv.
