메모리 북 갱신 발표

Dear Milletians,

In December of 2018, we added the Memory Book update to Mabinogi, where you needed to fill up the pages of Blaanid's Memoir Book with her lost memories, as you learned to navigate the world of Erinn. Coming on May 13, 2021, we will be adding a revamped version of the Memory Book update. The old Memoir questline can no longer be progressed after maintenance on Thursday, May 13, 2021. All Milletians will be able to progress through the new Memoir questline, regardless if you did or did not complete the old Memoir questline. The new Memoir questline will have the previously obtainable rewards, as well as new rewards. We've outlined some notable changes of the new Memoir questline below.

• The current Memory Book section will be removed and will be replaced with Blaanid's Brave Boost instead.
  
  • All quest and progress related to the old Memory Book update will be removed.
• If you completed the quest, Strange Signs, you can start Blaanid's Brave Boost through the quest, A Blue Fragrance on the Wind, regardless of your current progress in the old Memoir questline.
  • Leveling up through the quests in Blaanid's Brave Boost will grant you double AP.
    • This does not stack with the effects of items or events that increase AP gain.
• There will be a unique cutscene added for summoning Blaanid.
  • This cutscene will appear after you complete part 2 of Blaanid's Brave Boost.
• Some older tutorial quests will also be removed with the revamp:
  • To A Stronger Form
  • Go Outside Tir Chonaill
  • Lorna and Pan's Gift
  • Missing Townsfolk
  • A Favor for Lorna
  • New Heights
  • Comrades in Arms
• You will still be able to obtain the rewards from these quests through Blaanid's Brave Boost or other tutorial quests.
• If you are currently on the quest, To A Stronger Form, you will receive a Special Newbie Wear Type A Costume Box and a Medium-sized Beginner Bag through the mail.
• Expiring Rebirth potions from the Potential System rewards will be replaced with permanent Rebirth Potions.
  • If you already have the expiring Rebirth potions in your inventory, they will not be replaced with the permanent Rebirth Potions.
• You will be able to give up certain skill rank-up quests.
  • You can give up these quests only if your current skill rank is higher than the skill rank you can obtain from the quest.
  • If your skill rank is lower due to a skill reset, you cannot give up the quest.
