Update Details
Arcana
- New Arcana Talents, Alchemic Sharpshooter and Dark Diviner have been added.
- New Skills are added for both Arcana Talents.
- Arcana Talents combine the elements of two Grandmaster talents.
- Scenario quests for each new Arcana talent have been added.

How to Learn Arcana
- You must complete the Arcana guide quests [Guide] One Step Higher and [Guide] Lighting the Arcana’s Flame to learn Arcana talents.
- In order to acquire Alchemic Sharpshooter, the character must meet the following requirements:
- Cumulative level of 20,000 or higher
- Acquire the Grandmaster Bombardier Talent Title
- Requires the Grandmaster Archer and Grandmaster Battle Alchemist Talent levels
- Requires the Grandmaster Archer and Grandmaster Battle Alchemist Talent levels
- Complete the Glenn Bearna prerequisite quest, A Fantasia of Endless Winter
- Complete the quest, [Alchemic Sharpshooter] The Fourfold Path of the Arrowhead
- You can start this quest after achieving Grandmaster Bombardier and talking to NPC Laoire about Promising Arcana Candidates - Alchemic Sharpshooter.
- When completing the quest, NPC Loiscneach will reside in the Arcana Association Room and the Alchemic Sharpshooter Arcana talents, related skills, and journal achievement will be acquired.
- When acquiring the talent, if you do not have the Elemental Wave skill, you can acquire it at the same time.

Alchemic Sharpshooter
- Alchemic Sharpshooter skills can only be used while equipping a bow or crossbow weapon.
Hermetic Harmony
- A passive skill that grants a synergistic effect according to the combination of 4 skill attributes.
- The effect increases as the efficiency of the related attribute Alchemy Mastery increases.
- Higher ranks of the Alchemy Mastery skills and higher levels of alchemy efficiency (reforges, echostone awakening, etc.) can increase the effects of the skill.

Ventus Howl
- An active skill that attacks enemies in a straight line, inflicting damage, and pulling them to the center line where the arrow passed.
- Ventus Howl combines Wind + (Secondary Element). At rank 1, deals 300% of Base Damage. Cooldown: 24 seconds.
- The skill can create a synergy effect by selecting one desired attribute along with the wind attribute.
- When using the skill, 5 wind crystals and 5 crystals of the selected element are consumed, and the energy of both elements increases.
- The attack distance increases based on the weapon's effective range.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of stamina is consumed.
Aqua Volley
- A charging-type active skill that attacks enemies within the attack range and inflicts damage.
- Range and power vary according to the charging time. The longer the charge, the narrower the attack range, but has greater damage.
- The higher the damage of the Magnum Shot skill, the greater the damage of the Aqua Volley skill.
- Aqua Volley combines Water + (Secondary Element). At rank 1, skill damage can increase up to 1800% of Base Damage depending on the charge length. Cooldown: 15 seconds.
- The skill can create a synergy effect by selecting one desired attribute along with the water attribute.
- When using the skill, 5 water crystals and 5 crystals of the selected element are consumed, and the energy of both elements increases.

Terra Scourge
- An active skill that hits the target and continuously deals damage to additional nearby enemies for a certain period of time.
- Terra Scourge combines Earth + (Secondary Element). At rank 1, deals 700% of Base Damage to the target and any nearby enemies every 3 seconds, with a damage radius of 5m. The duration lasts 10 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds.
- The skill can create a synergy effect by selecting one desired attribute along with the earth attribute.
- When using the skill, 5 earth crystals and 5 crystals of the selected element are consumed, and the energy of both elements increases.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of stamina is consumed.
Ignis Plume
- An active skill that shoots arrows that deal damage to enemies within the attack range 3 times in a row.
- The higher the damage of the Crash Shot skill, the greater the damage of the Ignis Plume skill.
- Ignis Plume combines Fire + (Secondary Element). At rank 1, deals damage based on the Crash Shot’s Fragment Damage + 400% of Base Damage, with an explosion radius of 5m. Cooldown: 10 seconds.
- The skill can create a synergy effect by selecting one desired attribute along with the fire attribute.
- When using the skill, 5 fire crystals and 5 crystals of the selected element are consumed, and the energy of both elements increases.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of stamina is consumed.
Tri-Assault
- An active skill that attacks enemies in a straight line and inflicts damage. It can be used up to 3 times in succession.
- Damage increases based on Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth Alchemy Mastery Efficiency.
- Tri-Assault combines (Any combination of two elements). At rank 1, the first and second shot deals 1000% of Base Damage, while the third shot deals 2500% of base damage. Cooldown: 50 seconds.
- The skill can create a synergy effect when 2 or more attributes are fully charged, and two desired attributes can be combined.
- When using the skill, 5 crystals of each selected element are consumed, and the energy of both elements is consumed.
- Attack distance increases based on the weapon's effective range.
- Tri-Assault can be used by utilizing the Golden Time skill.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of stamina is consumed.

- Movement Speed +20% for 5 seconds when using an Alchemic Sharpshooter skill.
- Ventus Howl attack width increases by 3 meters.
- Increases Ignis Plume explosion radius by 30% of Crash Shot's maximum fragment range.
- Tri-Assault Damage +20%.
- Archery Talent Weapon Max Damage +100.
- Adds +30% elemental energy increase for Alchemic Sharpshooter skills.
- Increases Terra Scourge Duration +7 seconds.
- Reduces Aqua Volley charging time by 50%.
- Increases Aqua Volley damage by 30% when Aqua Volley is fully charged.
- Grants additional damage according to the distance from the attack target (+1% increase per 1 meter, maximum 15%). Archery talent and Alchemic Sharpshooter skill only.
- Hermetic Harmony: Vapor Burn, Phosphorus, and Spark damage +10%.
- Hermetic Harmony: Dustcloud and Flash Freeze duration +20%.
- Hermetic Harmony: Caustic Surge damage reduction +20%.
- HP/MP/Stamina +100.
Dark Diviner
- Dark Diviner skills can only be used while equipping a staff or wand weapon.
- When using Magic talent skills while activating the Dark Diviner Arcana, you can also acquire 0.5 Dorcha.
- There is no decrease in acquisition amount due to continuous use of Magic talent skills.
Render Dorcha
- An active skill that recovers Dorcha by consuming a certain amount of mana.
- At rank 1, grants 5 Dorcha with a MP cost of 100 MP + 10% of Max MP. Cooldown: 10 Seconds
Render Mana
- An active skill that consumes Dorcha to restore a specified amount of mana.
- For a certain period of time, mana consumption of Magic and Dark Diviner talents are reduced.
- Excludes the Render Dorcha and Seething Mana skills.
- At rank 1, grants 30% of Max MP. Reduces MP Consumption of Magic and Dark Diviner skills by 20% for 15 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds.
- Within 15 seconds of using Render Mana, the acquired Dorcha increases by 1 for a certain period of time when using the Render Dorcha skill.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of mana and Dorcha is consumed.
- Dorcha Cost: 1
Seething Mana
- A toggle-type active skill that grants a piercing effect to Magic talent and Dark Diviner talent skills when activated.
- The devastating power of combined mana and Dorcha ignores the opponent's magic resistance.
- While the skill effect lasts, every skill used consumes additional Dorcha when using Magic talent and Dark Diviner talent skills.
- Dorcha consumption varies depending on the current rank, weapon worn, and type of magic used.
- The piercing effect is affected by skill rank and Magic Attack power.
- At rank 1, grants up to Lv. 3 Piercing for Magic and Dark Diviner skills. Consumes 0.6 Dorcha for Bolt Magic, Intermediate Magic, Advanced Magic and Dark Diviner Skills.
- Magic Attack threshold for each Piercing level: 1000 / 1200 / 1400 (1 additional Piercing at each threshold, up to the maximum)
- When using the skill, a certain amount of mana is consumed.
Thunderblight
- A toggle-type active skill that attacks enemies within a distance of up to 20m and continuously deals lightning damage to a single targeted enemy for a certain period of time.
- When using the skill, an additional 5 charges of damage from the Lightning Bolt skill is inflicted on the target.
- While the skill lasts, the caster can freely use other skills or move.
- The damage increases when using bolt magic and Shadow Flare on the targeted enemy.
- At rank 5 or above, the target's Magic Defense and Magic Protection are reduced.
- At rank 1, deals 400 ~ 800 Lightning Damage + 5-Charge Lightning Bolt Damage every 0.7 seconds, for a maximum duration of 10.5 seconds and 20m max distance.
- Additional effects while the skill is active:
- Caster’s Bolt Magic Damage to target increases by +10%
- Caster’s Shadow Flare Damage to target increases by +30%
- Target’s Magic Defense is reduced by -30% and Magic Protection is reduced by -15%
- Additional effects while the skill is active:
- When using the skill, a certain amount of mana and Dorcha is consumed.
- Dorcha Cost: 2 when equipped with a Staff, and 1.5 when equipped with a Wand (Same for all ranks)
- Consumes 0.2 Dorca per second while the skill effect is maintained.
Hexshroud
- An active skill that grants a hex effect to enemies within the attack range which will receive a magic blocking debuff for a certain period of time.
- The Hexshroud effect lasts for the duration of the skill depending on skill rank. It can also block certain monster skills, such as Frozen Cari's Divine Blessing skill, in which case the Hexshround skill effect ends immediately when the blockade is successful.
- When a target whose magic is blocked attempts to cast a magic skill, it cannot be used and the enemy takes damage.
- If Hexshroud is successful and the target takes damage, the caster's Dorcha increases by 1.
- At rank 1, prevents all enemies within a 10m radius of the cast from using magic for 10 seconds.
- Deals 100 ~ 200 non-elemental damage if an enemy under the effect of this hex attempts to cast Magic.
- Blocks casting of: Bolt Magic, Intermediate Magic, Advanced Magic.
- Can also block certain monster skills, which will immediately end this skill’s effects
- Grants 1 Dorcha if a casting is blocked
- Cooldown: 30 seconds.
- The types of magic and skills that can be blocked expand as the skill rank increases.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of mana and Dorcha is consumed.
- Dorcha Cost: 1 when equipped with a Staff, and 0.7 when equipped with a Wand
Shadow Flare
- An active skill that attacks enemies within a distance of up to 15m, inflicting fire damage.
- When using the skill, an additional 5 charges of damage from the Fireball skill is inflicted on the target.
- Other enemies on the same attack path will take half the damage the target took.
- At rank 1, deals 4000 ~ 6000 Fire Damage + 5-Charge Fireball Damage in range of up to 15m.
- Deals 50% of total damage to other enemies in line of fire (Attack Length: 4m). Cooldown: 10 seconds.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of mana and Dorcha is consumed.
- Dorcha Cost: 1.5 when equipped with a Staff, and 1 when equipped with a Wand
Polar Vortex
- An active skill that creates a zone that pulls enemies inward, dealing increased ice damage the closer they are to the center for a certain period of time.
- When using the skill, an additional 1 charge of damage from the Ice Spear skill is inflicted on the target.
- Enemies caught in this skill's radius will experience reduced knockback from other attacks.
- At Rank 1, deals 700 ~ 1000 Ice Damage + 1-Charge Ice Spear Damage every 1 second at the center of the spell’s radius for a duration of 10 seconds.
- Deals up to 50% less damage the further an enemy is from the center
- Damaged enemies are knocked towards the center
- Affected enemies experience reduced knockback from other attacks
- Attack Radius: 4m + 30% of Ice Spear Explosion Radius
- This skill's attack range increases based on the explosion range of a character's Ice Spear skill.
- When using the skill, a certain amount of mana and Dorcha is consumed.
- Dorcha Cost: 4 when equipped with a Staff, and 3 when equipped with a Wand

Arcana Level and Arcana Links
Arcana
- At the Arcana Enkindling Lectern, you can select and activate one of the acquired Arcana Talents.
- 100 AP can be consumed to switch the active Arcana talent.
- Acquired Arcana level bonuses are maintained even if you switch to another Arcana talent.
- Whenever the character level increases, the currently active Arcana talent experience increases.
- When the Arcana Talent's EXP reaches its maximum level, the Arcana Talent's level increases.
- Each Arcana Talent level can be increased up to 50.
- Depending on the Arcana level, you can get bonus stats or learn additional skills for the talent.
- Training Arcana skills requires the character to reach specific Arcana Levels or rank other Arcana skills to a certain rank.
- AP is required when ranking up the skills.

Total Arcana Level Details
- The Total Arcana Level is the cumulative level of all Arcana Talents, and the upper limit/overall cap of the character's stats increases according to the Total Arcana Level.
- *NEW* The Total Arcana Level has been extended up to level 150 with additional effects that can be obtained.
- Human and Elves can obtain up to level 200 Total Arcana Level, but the cumulative effects only apply to level 150.
- Giants can obtain up to the level 150 Total Arcana Level, and the cumulative effects only apply to level 150.
- Human and Elves can obtain up to level 200 Total Arcana Level, but the cumulative effects only apply to level 150.
- The effects listed below for the Total Arcana Level are applied at each level, not cumulatively.

Unlocking Arcana Link and Link Quests
- When reaching certain Arcana Link stages, Arcana Link Quests will be available for both Alchemic Sharpshooter and Dark Diviner Arcana Talents.
- You can proceed with the Link Quest when each Arcana Talent Link stage 1, 3, and 5 is achieved.
- You can unlock the next link stage without completing the link quest.
- If you do not complete the previous stage link quest, you will not be able to progress or accept the next stage quest.
- You can accept the quest by talking to the NPC Laoire about Promising Arcana Candidates.
- Stage 5 link quests can be accepted after learning both Alchemic Sharpshooter and Dark Diviner Arcana talents.
- For Giant characters, you can proceed with the Alchemic Sharpshooter Link Quests regardless of the link level of the Arcana talent.
- Each Arcana talent link can be opened. You can unlock the next link level without completing the link quest.
- You can unlock Arcana Link stages when reaching a certain level of an Arcana talent.
- Arcana Links can be unlocked up to 10 stages, and more bonus effects can be obtained as the stage increases.
- The Arcana Link Bonus applies only to the currently active Arcana Talent.
- In order to unlock Arcana Links, the Link Unlock Requirements must be met, requiring a certain Arcana Talent Level, AP, and Arcana Talent-Specific Crests.
- You can unlock Arcana Link stages when reaching a certain level of an Arcana talent.
- Arcana related items required for Arcana Links have been added which can be converted from Smoldering Thread and Frostflame Thread, respectively.

Updates to Scenario Quests and Arcana Link Quests
- Some changes to the Arcana Link quests have been added.
- Link Quests will no longer be automatically provided to the character, and has been changed so that if the conditions of the link quest are met (previous stage quest completed, etc.), then you can manually accept the quest from Laoire.
- It has been changed so that you can only perform one Link Quest at a time.
- When you first accept the Arcana Link Scenario Quest, you will now receive a quest to guide you through the scenario quests of that Arcana talent.
- Some updates to the Glenn Bearna Scenario Quests have been added.
- An option has been added so that you can acquire this quest by speaking with NPC Laoire, even if you do not meet the requirements for the quest.
- You can ease the conditions so that you can enter Glenn Bearna while undergoing the story quest, without having to meet the usual cumulative level and Total Arcana Level requirements. However, after completing the guide quest, you still need to meet those requirements before you can enter the dungeon.

Magic Rebalance Changes
The specifications of some magic skills and items are changed.
Fusion Bolt
- The final damage dealt by Fusion Bolt has been reduced by 15%
Fireball
- The damage coefficient has been reduced by 15%.
Mana Shield
- An upper limit has been added so that the amount of damage reduced per MP does not exceed 10.
Magic Weapon Mastery
- When equipping a wand, a reduction in Bolt Magic MP consumption is added.
- Based on Rank 1, reduces MP usage by 45%.
- When equipping a staff, a reduction in Intermediate Magic MP consumption is added.
- Based on Rank 1, reduces MP usage by 45%.
Item Changes
- The Erg effect of wands and staves has changed.
- Wand
- The Bolt Magic MP Usage reduction effect has been removed.
- The Bolt Magic Casting Time reduction effect that can be received from Rank A Erg and above has been changed to be received from Rank B Erg.
- The Bolt Magic Range Increase effect that can be received from Rank S Erg and above has been changed to be received from Rank A Erg.
- The Fusion Bolt Damage Increase effect has been added as an effect that can be received from Rank S Erg. (Up to 10%)
- Staff
- The Intermediate Magic MP Usage reduction effect has been removed.
- The Intermediate Magic Skill Casting Time reduction effect that can be received from Rank A Erg and above has been changed to be received from Rank B Erg.
- The Advanced Magic Casting Time reduction effect that can be received from rank S Erg has been changed so that it can be received from Rank A Erg.
- The Intermediate Magic Damage increase effect has been added as an effect that can be received from Rank S Erg. (Up to 10%)
- Wand

Special Upgrade Changes
Several improvements to the Special Upgrade System have been made.
- When a special upgrade is successful, the message to equip the item or place it back into the inventory was displayed. This notification will no longer appear, and the results are now immediately reflected in the UI after an upgrade attempt.
- The effect of the Blue Upgrade Stone has been changed as below:
- Damage increase value is increased.
- For example, the Magic Attack effect of Staff/Wand weapons has been increased, while the Min/Max Damage effect of other weapons has been increased.
- Bonus damage (%) increase effect is added.

- For Cylinder weapons, the effects of the Blue Upgrade Stone has been changed as below:
- The effect of increasing the durability of Barrier Spikes has been removed.
- Earth attribute damage increase effect is added.

- Bonus damage (%) increase effect is added.
- Existing Fire, Water, and Freeze effects are unchanged.
- The Special Upgrade Reset Kit and Special Upgrade Conversion Kit items have been added.
- When using a Special Upgrade Reset Kit, the special upgrade level of the equipment is reset and the special upgrade properties are removed.

- This will remove the upgrade level and attribute (R/S).
- Although it can be used on “Unable to Special Upgrade” equipment, it does not revert the item to an upgradeable state.
- The Special Upgrade Reset Kit can be crafted using Handicraft using the following materials:

- The Special Upgrade Conversion Kit can be crafted using Handicraft using the following materials:
- Protective Red Upgrade Stone x1
- Protective Blue Upgrade Stone x1
- Restoration Scroll x2
- Restoration Powder x5
- Restorative Powder x10
- Mysterious Herb Powder x50
- Note:
- Once using a kit on a weapon, the applied reset or conversion cannot be reverted.
- The Special Upgrade Reset Kit and Special Upgrade Conversion Kit items cannot be used on certain weapons.
Enchantment System Changes
Several improvements to the Enchantment System have been made and the Enchant skill menu has been improved.

- In the enchantment UI, the existing attributes of the item are displayed, and if the enchantment is successful, the newly granted enchant attributes will be displayed on the menu.
- Additionally, the item’s achieved enchantment roll is displayed within the enchant’s attribute description to indicate the roll you’ve received of the max roll.
- For example, the Icarus enchantment above is displayed as ‘Music Buff Effect 4 Increase (4/5)’, indicating that the item received a +4 roll out of the possible maximum +5 roll.
- 🎉When the maximum roll is achieved, the enchant attribute is highlighted in yellow! 🎉

- The enchantment success rate is displayed in the menu, as well as the enchantment help menu, so that you can know the total and base success rate number.
- In the enchantment success rate help section of the enchantment UI, the base success rate is displayed according to the Enchant Scroll rank.

- You can now choose the method of which to begin the enchantment process by selecting between item or scroll protection in the enchantment UI.
- Protect Equipment: Protects the item from failure penalties when enchanting fails. However, the enchantment scroll will be destroyed.
- The effect of the Enchant Protection Potion can not be used to prevent this outcome.
- Protect Scroll: Protects the Enchant Scroll from penalty when enchanting fails (scroll durability is partially reduced). However, the item's durability may decrease or the item may be rendered “Unable to Enchant” and this must be recovered before enchantment can be attempted once again.
- The effect of the Enchant Protection Potion is applied when selecting the Protect Scroll option. When the Enchant Protection Potion is used, if the enchantment fails, the item is protected from durability loss or the unenchantable state, though the scroll’s durability is decreased by 5% as before.
- Protect Equipment: Protects the item from failure penalties when enchanting fails. However, the enchantment scroll will be destroyed.
- If you have a party member, you can request to entrust the enchantment on their behalf by clicking the “Request” button.
- All magic powder types can now be used for entrustment requests.
- You can now use the Enchant skill and open the enchantment UI even if you do not have Magic Powder or Enchant Scrolls.
- When you use the skill after equipping the Magic Powder and Enchant Scroll items, the items are automatically displayed on the UI.
- Items can be placed in the Enchant menu automatically using Alt + left mouse click.
- Items that are eligible to be placed in the Enchant menu are highlighted in the inventory.
- It is now impossible to use or request enchantment by right-clicking the Enchant Scroll with the mouse. (Excluding skill pages, etc.)

- The Harmonious Magic Powder item and Handicraft recipe are newly added.
- Harmonious Magic Powder increases the base enchantment success rate by 1.4x.

- The expiration duration of all Enchant Scrolls has been removed.

- Although they appear on the search menu, they cannot be taken out from this menu to prevent them from being taken out by mistake.
- The Manage option has been added to the Fusion Bolt magic skill.
- You can register each Fusion bolt combination to a hotkey through the Manage Skills view.
