Hello Milletians,

Throughout the April Update, we have addressed accounts that have used third-party tools or have intentionally made modifications to the game client in which allowed them to play in a manner that goes against the integrity of the game. We have addressed these accounts with immediate bans, ranging from permanent to temporary, based on the severity.

• Permanent bans issued: 210
• Temporary bans issued: 4

Additionally, throughout the April Update, we've issued permanent or temporary suspensions to 28 accounts for other violations of Mabinogi's Terms of Service.

We remain committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all players in Erinn. In pursuit of that goal, we are continually improving our game security measures by taking actions against the use of third party programs that target security vulnerabilities that may create unfair advantages.

While we cannot disclose specific details of the bans directly, if you have any questions regarding your account, please submit a ticket to Player Support. As a reminder, use of and discussion of exploits are against Mabinogi's Terms of Service.
