Brí Leith: Abyss of Doubt

• A new difficulty, Abyss of Doubt, has been added to the Brí Leith dungeon.
• The following entry conditions must be met to enter Abyss of Doubt:
  
  • Total Arcana Level 300 or higher
  • Completed Generation 27 - The Garden of Solace
  • Total Equipment Level 1200 or higher
  • Acquired ‘the Ender of Euphoria’ title
  • Cleared ‘The Abyss of Doubt’ quest
    
    • Participants will be able to enter the dungeon while the quest is currently in progress.
• The Abyss of Doubt quest will be received upon logging in for players who have acquired ‘the Ender of Euphoria’ title.
  
  • You’ll be given an untradable Trace of Remorse during the quest.
• To enter the Abyss of Doubt difficulty, all party members must possess at least 1 Trace of Remorse.
  
  • Traces of Remorse can be obtained as a possible end chest reward from Gates 1 ~ 3 of Bri Leith Dungeon.
    
    • The drop rate for Traces of Remorse will vary based on the difficulty of the dungeon.
  • When entering the dungeon, the number of Traces of Remorse required will increase based on your personal weekly clear count:
    • • The clear count and required Traces of Remorse will reset on Thursdays at 7:00 AM Server Time.

• When entering Abyss of Doubt, players will be required to stand on the glowing glyph to trigger the fight.
  
  • Note: Once the glyph has been triggered, all Traces of Remorse used to enter are fully consumed and will not be refunded.
  • Exiting via the [EXIT] button prior to triggering the boss fight will refund the required amount of Traces of Remorse required to enter.
    
    • You will not be refunded Traces of Remorse if you leave the Dungeon through the following manners:
      
      • Leaving the Dungeon other than the [EXIT] button (e.g. Logging Out).
      • While your character is in combat.
• Successfully clearing Brí Leith: Abyss of Doubt will reward the party with the following:
  
  • ‘who Silenced All Doubts’ 1st Title

    • Each use of the item consumes one Holy Water of Murias and one Holy Water of Murias Memory Scroll, starting with untradeable versions first.

• When clearing Gate 3, members of the party will now be awarded 1,300,000 Gold in the form of a check.

• The base piercing level and marionette piercing level have been adjusted for the following weapons:

Fantasy Life Changes

Dungeon Abandonment Counter

• To prevent abnormal and unintended gameplay where players leave the dungeon intentionally, the following dungeons will now record when a player leaves before the dungeon has been completed.
  
  • Crom Bás
  • Glenn Bearna
  • Brí Leith: Abyss of Doubt
• If the player leaves the dungeon run and the other members of the party complete the dungeon, the counter will increase.
• Once the counter reaches 2, any further infractions will decrease the number of times you can receive weekly rewards for the above dungeons.
  • The Dungeon Abandonment Counter will reset on Thursdays at 7:00 AM Server Time.

Alchemy Crystal Improvements

• The stack limits for the following Alchemy Crystals have been increased from 1,000 to 10,000:
  
  • Fire Crystal
  • Water Crystal
  • Wind Crystal
  • Earth Crystal
• The maximum number of Alchemy Crystals that can be stored in a Guard Cylinder has been increased from 5,000 to 50,000.
• The cooldown for managing crystals in Guard Cylinders has been reduced from 60 seconds to 3 seconds.

Generation Story Quest Improvements

• In the Saga: Episode 9 Quest 'Revelations', defeating the final enemy while mounted on a pet will no longer prevent the player from progressing.
• In the Generation 19 Quest 'Lofty Goals', the corner text in the instanced mission has been updated to better reflect the goal of the mission.
• In the Generation 22 Quest 'Behind the Facade', an Explanation field has been added to the quest scroll to better assist players.
• Additional text has been added to some mainstream quests to better guide Milletians on common stumbling points.

Miscellaneous

• The corner text in the several Shadow Missions have been updated for better clarity.
• Updated the text in the Blacksmith Finish Mini-game for better clarity.
• When Reforging, the order that Reforging Tools (of the same type) will be used has been updated. 
  
  • The Selected Reforging Tool stack.
  • Reforging Tools that cannot be traded or has 0 remaining trades.
  • Reforging Tools with the shortest expiration timer.
  • All remaining Reforging Tools.
• The “Firebolt Max Damage” effect of the Special Dreamwood Butterfly​ 2nd Title and Blue Echostones with certain Awakenings will now stack. 
• The Support Shot set effect and enhancement was not updated in all places to match the newer functionality. Additionally, it has been relocalized to better communicate the effect. This is a text only change, the gameplay has not been affected.

• The item description for Trade Unlock Potions has been improved for clarity.

Bug Fixes

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding when it comes to these issues. We appreciate every single report that is sent over. For those especially diligent in their reports and helpful towards their fellow Milletians, we have the ‘of the Quality Association’ title, remember to throw some love their way if you see them in-game! 

• The Blacklist issues have been fixed, and it should now be saving correctly.
  
  • Due to the importance of the system and irregular reproduction of the prior issues, please let us know if you encounter any problems with the Blacklist following this update. 
• Fixed the overlapping text when using a Erg Transference Catalyst on items with long names.
• The “Clear Crom Bas (Basic)” journal entry has had its name corrected. 
• A few seats on multi-milletian chairs had their seat name mistakenly untranslated. Not to keep you on the edge of your seat, this has been fixed so you can safely know where you’re sitting.

• While undergoing the Forbidden Alchemist quest “The Cursed Girl”, an issue was fixed where the mission “Against the Twinkle-Twinkle Monster” would not correctly progress when attacking the Scary Illusion under certain conditions. 
• While undergoing the Forbidden Alchemist quest “A Foul Wish”, an issue was fixed where the mission “The Book Shows the Path” would have Taise become shy and refuse to speak further, requiring the mission to be restarted. 
• The Forbidden Alchemist ability Serpentcall will now correctly benefit from the Black Echostone Awakened  effect “Flame Burst Duration”. 
• The Active Talent Effect display on the “Collapsed” Skill Menu will now truncate text for longer talent names. 

Known Bugs

• 
• Doll Bags with the Ore Collection Category have some pep in their step and are running ‘ore quickly than their peers. 
• Under periodic conditions, Milletians will be temporarily unable to duel other Milletians.
